Xoom 2 and Xoom Media Officially Announced
Motorola Officially Announced the Xoom 2 Tablet PCs
Motorola has ended all the speculation and made official the details of the upcoming Xoom 2 tablet PCs. They are, indeed, releasing 10.1 inch and 8.2 inch models with the 8.2 inch model being referred to as the Xoom 2 Media Edition. No specific delivery dates or prices were mentioned, however, it is still speculated that they will be released to the European markets first, then to the US markets in time for holiday sales.
Both of these tablets are ultra thin with added case improvements to improve handling and comfort.
The internal specifications of the two tablets are identical with some additional features added to the 8.2 inch Media Edition:

- 1.2GHz Dual Core Processors
- Android 3.2 Honeycomb Operating System
- 1GB RAM; 16GB or 32GB Storage
